The **EmpowerHER Youth Program** is a beginner-friendly, non-contact rugby program for girls ages **9–16**. Through fun, inclusive sessions, participants develop rugby skills, build confidence, make new friends, and learn valuable leadership and teamwork skills in a safe and supportive environment. No experience is required—everyone is welcome!
