CBC Sports Provides Exclusive Canadian Coverage of the 2019 World Aquatics Championships

CBC Sports - The 2019 FINA World Championships (World Aquatics Championships) begin today, running from July 12-28 in Gwangju, South Korea and hosting more than 5,600 athletes and officials from 196 countries competing in swimming, diving, high diving, open water swimming, synchronized swimming, and water polo. With a year to go until the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, this is an opportunity for Canada's best swimmers and divers to offer a preview of what to expect, and also possibly qualify for Tokyo 2020.

CBC Sports will provide daily live streams of major events at the FINA World Championships, July 12-28, available at cbcsports.ca, the CBC Sports app and CBC Gem.

Road to the Olympic Games will provide broadcast coverage of key events and Canadian performances each weekend (July 13-14, July 20-21, and July 27-28) on CBC and CBC Gem (check local listings for exact times).
