Gently improve your strength, endurance, mobility and stability without the stress on your joints. This total body, low-impact workout combines resistance, balance and gentle cardio exercises using standing, seated and mat exercises on the floor. This 45 minute class takes place indoors in our fitness studios.

-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
