CAN-BIKE Effective Cycling Class

Discover the key to confident and enjoyable riding on pathways, bike lanes, cycle-tracks and roads. A CAN-BIKE certified Master Instructor will share the secrets of road hazards, teach you bike handling skills and present tips on cycling safety! CAN-BIKE is the only nationally recognized cycling proficiency program in Canada. In this free class (valued at $60), you will be introduced to the concepts of how to ride safely and responsibly on Calgary’s roads and pathways. Complimentary bike bells and safety cards will be distributed at the end of the course.

  • The session will be in the Riverview Meeting Room at MNP Community and Sport Centre (See map)

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.

  • You can bring a notepad/laptop if you wish to take notes
