Start your class building muscle with a variety of strength exercises. Follow that with the treatment your body deserves: 15 - 20 minutes of body work that may include myofascial release, core, mobility work, balance or stability drills and a good stretch.

Please bring clean indoor running shoes (never worn outside) and wear comfortable athletic clothing. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Check-in at Village Square front desk. The session is in the studio.
