Get strong! In this weight-training class, you will use a variety of equipment and techniques for a total body workout. Instructors will lead you through a resistance class developing your strength and endurance. There will be a strong emphasis on the proper execution of movements.

-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
