Join us for a challenging and fun workout. This part cardio, part strength-based class uses a variety of equipment on the weight floor to develop muscular strength and endurance with an emphasis on proper execution of movements.

-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
