Session Information

• This is a Family session designed for families to try the sport together!

• Participating children must be at least 4 years of age and should be accompanied by an adult.

• Changerooms are available on site

• Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session.

• Please complete the Champion Karate waiver prior to arrival:

Adaptability Comments

This session is partially adaptable for certain disabilities such as cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, and deafness.
