This slow to moderate paced yoga class takes a slower, modified approach to many standing, seated and floor poses to make them more accessible to participants who are new to Yoga or have injuries, significant tightness or soreness in their bodies. Transitions between poses will be slower and focus will be on supported strength, relaxation, and gentle release.

-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise one can be provided for you.
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
