This is a choreographed strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, inovative exercises.

-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location

-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle

-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk

-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
