Lengthen your muscles and increase mobility to compliment your strength and cardio workouts with a relaxing stretch class. You will work on increasing flexibility and improving posture, preventing injury and learning to quiet your mind. This class is good for all levels.

Session Information
-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise one can be provided for you.
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
