Changerooms are available on site
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a clean pair of indoor running shoes that have never been worn outside. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Check-in at Village Square front desk. The session is in the studio.
