Step is a fun low impact cardiovascular class where you’ll move up, down and all around a bench. Using your whole body, you’ll move through dancelike choreography and intervals to get your heart pumping. Step is good for any fitness level.

Session Information
-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
