Try out the sport of Rugby with Rugby Alberta! Rugby is a growing and dynamic sport that is a blast to play! The goal of the sport is to work with your teammates to carry, kick, or pass the ball into the try area to score! Flag rugby is a non-contact version of the game perfect for a wide range of abilities.

• This session is for adults and teens ages 15 and up.

• Changerooms are available on site

• Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a pair of clean indoor shoes and a water bottle.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. We are in the Cardel Court (Orange Gym on map)
