• This session is for adults or families with kids 8+.

• Meet at Picnic site 6 across the bridge from Angel’s Cafe at Edworthy Park

• You will complete the course at your own pace with assistance from instructors available if needed.

Adaptability Comments

This session is partially adaptable for physical disabilities if the person is accompanied by a friend/aide/family member who can assist. This sport requires moving over uneven, rough and slippery terrain.
