The Ninja Warrior class works on skills used to complete a specific obstacle course. This class will cover some skills as well as attempting the full course

This session is for families to try the sport together, kids must be at least 6 years of age to participate.
Adaptability Comments
This session is partially adaptable. Breathe has experience running adapted programs for cognitive disabilities such as autism and ADHD. Can accommodate most physical disabilties if the person can stand and move on their own
