Learn about the Olympic Sport of Luge and you will improve your flexibility and body awareness. Participants will be trying Luge starts on an actual sled in the Icehouse start facility.

Session provided by Alberta Luge Association

• This session is for families to try the sport together, kids must be at least 9 years of age.

• Wear warm clothing, bring a hockey/ski helmet if you have one.
