Nordic Walking is a full-body workout using specially designed walking poles to engage your arms, core, and legs. It’s a year-round activity that can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, improving balance, strength, and endurance. Learn the benefits of walking with Nordic Walking fitness poles, the differences between fitness poles and hiking poles, and how to set their height to obtain optimal results when walking with them. We will learn the “plant, push, and propel” technique that makes this activity such a great full body, cardio workout. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels!
