All Sport One Day - August 16, 2025
Registration Guidelines
Only register for sessions you actually plan to attend! Please don’t overbook many options and then cancel later.
There are 4 time slots at multisport hubs. The number of sessions at Independent Locations varies by sport.
A Showpass account is required to register online (you can use your Facebook as a log-in). This will allow you to cancel or adjust your registrations, as well as easily see everything you have signed-up for.
Sessions may fill up within minutes. We reserve the right to cancel registrations where we notice a schedule conflict. For example:
A child is registered more than once for the same sport
A child is registered in 2 different sessions at the same time
A child is registered for sessions at two different locations without enough time to drive between them.
By registering, you agree to the terms & conditions in Sport Calgary’s Participant Waiver
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals disrupt the coaches and other participants. If you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to the start time, your space may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Parent/guardian must stay onsite throughout the event.
Many sessions are outdoors, so dress for the weather! Wear comfortable athletic clothing, running shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
Cancellation Instructions
Login to your Showpass account and go to 'orders'. Find the order you wish to cancel, click 'order options', and then click 'return free order' to cancel your registration. You can also email your details to events@sportcalgary.ca and we can cancel them manually.

Sport Calgary is proud to partner with The Kidney Clothes Drive and The Kidney Foundation of Canada to collect donations at All Sport One Day at the following sites: Lake Bonavista, Edgemont, Cardel Rec South, MNP Community & Sport Centre, and Westside Locations.
On August 16, bring along clean and gently used items to donate, including:
Clothing (from the socks on your feet to the hat on your head)
Shoes, boots, belts, purses
Outerwear and coats
Linens, draperies, and sleeping bags
Jewelry, fabric, yarn, and sewing patterns
The Kidney Clothes program raises funds for the Kidney Foundation of Canada by collecting and repurposing gently used clothing and household items. These donations help support those living with kidney disease and contribute to ongoing research, education, and services across the country
