Registration Guidelines
Only register for sessions you actually plan to attend! Please don’t overbook many options and then cancel later.
There are 4 time slots at multisport hubs. Your child can try something different in each slot if they stay at the same location.
A Showpass account is required to register online (you can use your Facebook as a log-in). This will allow you to cancel or adjust your registrations, as well as easily see everything you have signed-up for.
Sessions may fill up within minutes. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations where we notice a schedule conflict. For example:
A child is registered more than once for the same sport
A child is registered in 2 different sessions at the same time
A child is registered for back-to-back sessions at two different locations.
By registering, you agree to the terms & conditions in Sport Calgary’s Participant Waiver
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals disrupt the coaches and other participants. If you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to the start time, your space may be given to someone on the waitlist.
If your desired sport is full, drop-ins are welcome on All Sport One Day if the sport has capacity remaining.
Parent/guardian must stay onsite throughout the event.
Many sessions are outdoors, so dress for the weather! Wear comfortable athletic clothing, running shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
Cancellation Instructions
Login to your Showpass account and go to 'orders'. Find the order you wish to cancel, click 'order options', and then click 'return free order' to cancel your registration. You can also email your details to events@sportcalgary.ca and we can cancel them manually.
