A FREE DAY OF ACTIVITY "TRY-IT" SESSIONS AND EXPO BOOTHS TO EXPLORE! Try-It Sessions available for children (6-11 years) and youth (11+ years) with cognitive and physical disabilities.

  • Event Location: Vecova - 3304 33 ST NW (All sports except Sailing)

  • Expo: Onsite, open to public from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, featuring booths from Calgary organizations that offer adapted and inclusive services for individuals of all ages. 

    What to Bring:

  • Comfortable athletic wear and a water bottle

    A light snack is available if needed—no food will be provided onsite.

    Any necessary personal medical supplies (if required)

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session time for check-in and to ensure you have enough time to get settled.

Sailing Sessions

The Disabled Sailing Association of Alberta is running 3 sessions on August 17 for a total of 12 participants (4 per hour).

Please read the requirements on the registration page before registering.

Please consider the travel time between facilities if you intend to register for sailing and some sports at Vecova.
