Learn about the Olympic Sport of Luge and you will improve your flexibility and body awareness. Participants will be trying Luge starts on an actual sled in the Icehouse start facility.

SESSION INFORMATION
This session is for families to try together, or kids can try on their own. All participants must be at least 9 years of age (No exceptions).
No access to changerooms on site
Bring your own ski or hockey helmet if you have one, otherwise one will be provided. Should wear warm clothing for the icehouse (long pants, jacket, gloves). Wear running shoes.
Please complete the Winsport waiver online prior to the session.
You must also complete and print Alberta Luge’s waiver
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session to get checked-in and ensure your waivers are completed.
You will meet outside the icehouse (see map below). You can park in Lot B and walk up the stairs or park in lot A.
