Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame (CSHoF) is proud to host the second annual celebration in honour of National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, 2023, in collaboration with the Calgary Public Library and the Indigenous Sport Heroes inducted into CSHoF. This event aims to recognize the rich contributions of Indigenous Sports Heroes and educate the general public and youth through a respectful and culturally appropriate celebration highlighting the transformative power of sport as part of Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame’s ten-year Sport & Reconciliation Vision.
