Coaching & Volunteer Positions - Stay In The Game Youth Sports

We are currently seeking 2SLGBTQI coaches for our volleyball and basketball programs for the upcoming January–June season. These are paid positions, and we provide a supportive, inclusive environment with training and program staff on hand.

In addition, we are looking for volunteers who can assist with practices, games, special events, and mentorship opportunities.

Because representation matters deeply in our programs, we hope to connect with individuals and organizations who support 2SLGBTQI communities or who may be able to share this opportunity with their networks.

If you or your organization know of any potential candidates—or platforms, groups, or community spaces we should explore—we would be grateful for your guidance.

Thank you for helping us build inclusive youth sports in our community.

Stay in the Game Youth Sports believes every young person deserves a safe, inclusive, and welcoming place to play. Sports are more than skills and scoreboards — they’re community, confidence, resilience, and belonging.

This season, they are expanding their programs and are seeking 2SLGBTQI volleyball and basketball coaches as well as volunteers who want to help build a healthier, more inclusive future for youth ages 11–17.
