Coordinator, Membership Services - Swim Alberta

The Coordinator, Membership Services, is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Swim Alberta’s membership-related operations. This includes managing club affiliation, swimmer registration, and coach compliance for Year-Round and Summer swimming. The role supports members through clear communication, resource development, and training, while maintaining accurate records and reporting systems. Additionally, the position leads member engagement initiatives, social media, and contributes to strategic planning and policy implementation to ensure a positive and informed membership experience across the province.
