Ace Athletic Centre Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Answer all incoming calls

• Greet customers as they enter the facility

• Take payments

• Handle bookings in our system

• Clean facility

• Cooking and serving in our concession

• Proserve is required

• Setting up equipment (volleyballs nets, basketball nets, pickleball nets etc)

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Communicate effectively in English with team members and management regarding any issues that arise

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills are a must

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proserve is required

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
