Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

Session Information
-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean pair of indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
