Session Information
-Photo ID is required to access any YMCA Calgary Location
-Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise one will be provided.
-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, check-in at the member services desk
-Please complete the YMCA’s waiver online prior to your arrival
