Changerooms are available on site
Please bring clean indoor running shoes (never worn outside) and wear comfortable athletic clothing. You may also want to bring a small towel for sweat, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Check-in at Southland Leisure Centre front desk. The session is in the multipurpose room.
