An intense yet self-paced class with simple or no choreography. There is no set blueprint - classes have different formats but will include either interval or continuous cardio and strength moves for every major muscle group, including core and balance exercises.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor running shoes that have never been work outside. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Check-in at Village Square front desk. The session is in the multipurpose room.
