Capoeira is for everyone, and the benefits are essential in the quest for wellness! Some physical benefits are strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, and balance. Expression of the body and mind and language development are also explored. To many, capoeira is a fun way to manage stress. Cartwheels, handstands, and other beginner gymnastics movements will be reviewed as well as an introduction to some percussion instruments.”
