Move your body and boost your mood with Nordic walking! Nordic Walking is a year-round activity that is not only a ton of fun, but it also burns up to 46% more calories than standard walking, activates the core and helps build proper posture. You will learn the “plant, push, and propel” technique and learn the benefits of walking with Nordic Walking fitness poles, the differences between fitness poles and hiking poles, and how to set their height to obtain optimal results when walking with them.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.
Upon arrival at MNP Community & Sport Centre, please check-in at the Competition Gate before going to the track.
