Move to a variety of music styles with dance-based exercise routines. You will learn to combine the basics of many dance styles while enjoying the benefits of a cardiovascular workout. Designed specifically for active older adults or those who want a lighter workout. Treat yourself to a unique workout that is equal parts fun and fitness. (No dance experience required; may be taught by a dance instructor.)
