Training uses a variety of equipment including TRX, BOSU, barbells, kettlebells. rowing machines, dumbbells etc. Each class will be a different circuit and can be planned using both equipment and bodyweight. Time intervals for the circuit are up to the trainer and equipment used on the day are also up to the trainer.
