A presentation for athletes, parents and coaches that sheds light on bullying and abuse of power, and the psychological and emotional effects these two issues can cause. We will also provides insights and education in to what every organization needs to be aware of, and what every parent and coach needs to understand about the power differential.

This FREE 75-minute Zoom session will cover:

·         Setting boundaries

·         Recognizing an unsafe situation

·         Knowing who to communicate feelings of unsafe situations to, for yourself and others

·         Understanding the effects of unhealthy power differentials

·         Recognizing the difference between a disgruntled athlete and an athlete in distress

·         How to contribute to a safe and healthy environment

·         60 minute presentation + 15 minute Q&A
