Tanya Dubnicoff is a powerhouse in the world of cycling and beyond! A three-time Olympian, World Champion, and former world record holder, Tanya's love for the sport didn't stop when she retired in 2000. Instead, she took her passion to new heights, becoming one of Canada's most celebrated coaches. Over the next 13 years, she crafted winning programs across North America, guiding athletes to National and World Championships, and even led Team Canada to a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics.
But Tanya's journey didn't end on the track. She shifted gears to become a dynamic facilitator, public speaker, and executive coach, sharing her wisdom on how to "Lead with Purpose." With a calm, focused approach, Tanya empowers leaders to reach new heights, helping them unlock their potential and inspire others.
Even with her illustrious career, Tanya remains deeply committed to the grassroots level of cycling, ensuring that kids experience the joy and fun of the sport. As a dedicated mom, she understands the importance of balancing a successful career with quality family time. Tanya believes that leadership extends beyond professional responsibilities, manifesting in mentorship, nurturing relationships, and being present for the small moments that matter most. She also advocates for leaders to be kind to themselves, knowing that self-compassion is crucial for sustained success.
Whether you're an athlete, a corporate leader, or someone striving for personal growth, Tanya's message is clear: set the bar high, lead with purpose, and watch as new possibilities unfold.
