ACPSA: Intro to Boccia - Calgary (All Ages)
Calgarians, we want you to give boccia a try on Sundays from 6-7pm at the MRU gymnasium! Boccia is a Paralympic sport that can be played by anyone, with or without a disability. Originally designed for people with cerebral palsy this skill and strategy game is very similar to curling or lawn bowling. Athletes can throw, kick or roll the ball down a ramp to play.

Vivo swim lessons are available in a group lesson, semi-private and private. All lessons provide personalized instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Calgary Adapted Hub + Mount Royal University: Children's Adaptive Physical Activity (CAPA) Program
The CAPA program pairs student volunteers one-on-one with children who are experiencing disability (of any type, physical, sensory, developmental and or intellectual, ages 4-10 years).
Calgary Adapted Hub + Mount Royal University: H2Able Adaptive Red Cross Swimming Lessons
H2Able is a one-on-one adapted swimming lesson program that provides critical life skills for those with disabilities in aquatic emergencies. The program's goal is to gain confidence and comfort in the aquatic environment and learn aquatic survival skills while having fun. This program follows the Red Cross Adapted program and is taught by certified Water Safety Instructors.
Calgary Adapted Hub + University of Calgary: Child Adaptive Private Swimming Lessons
Working with a certified water safety instructor, children with a variety of needs will work on items from the Red Cross Adapted Swim programs. Instructors will work one-on-one with children ages 3-16 and their families to provide a fun and safe learning environment.

Calgary Adapted Hub + University of Calgary: Adaptive Gymnastics Program
This program is designed to introduce children with a disability to the sport of artistic gymnastics. Children will participate in our circuit-based preschool and recreational programs in an environment that is conducive to their learning and development.
